A lot of new firsts for me as the awesome momentum of FaceBook Inc. finally grabbed and took me for everything that I'm worth.
My brother-in-law, Clint Rainey, was quoted as saying "is this a mistake?" when commenting on my facebook submission. Raschel Ragsdale welcomed me to the world of Facebook Stalkers. I don't think she is joking. What better avenue to secretly keep up with all your friends and your friend's friends without them knowing! A little history on Facebook... the initial investment was $500,000...Ha! That's a lot of money to people in my neighborhood, but I bet Peter Thiel is happy he met that kid at Harvard. Most of all, joining Facebook made my wife Katie sooo happy. She finally gets to fill in the spot on her profile that says "Married To:______" When Momma's happy, everybody's happy... So, if you have not yet submitted to the momentum of Facebook, try it and make your wife happy.

We have another announcement in this household... The New Community Promotion. None other than, http://www.rockwallbikelanes.com/. You see, my wife gets worried when I ride my bike on the roads throughout Rockwall due to the lack of adequate shoulders, much less the existance of an actual bike lane that has a cute little biker symbol. Since I was O.O.C. since last Sunday, I had nothing better to do than to create another website full with petition/survey of local avid bikers and commuters that wish to improve the transit via bikes in Rockwall County. We will be posting information on how to get involved in the 2008 Road Bond Election.
