75 miles on the TT bike w/ 3 long intervals, Big man Dawdy joined me, too fun! Run after - not so fun...

My left calf was tweeking at me from the get-go.... but I started at a very slow pace because all I had to do was last 25 minutes.  

It felt like it was definitely there... and at about 18 minutes I stopped before it got any worse.  (it probably was a few minutes from making me crippled with pain)

Going to lay up with ice, compression, and more ice... and elevation... and rest.  ugh.  Why can't I just train as hard as I like with NO injuries???
